Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We currently store all of our jobs in Procore. We utilize it to keep change orders and RFIs in a safe place for those working in the field. We have drawings and documents available as well. We also use Procore Drive. It is a great place to save our project spreadsheet showcasing trends on the job sites.

Pros

Cons

  • Uploading using the web version isn't always easy.
  • Procore Drive does not hold the most recent jobs viewed.

This is an area that we are not currently utilizing as we should be.
Procore is a very helpful tool when it comes to maintaining and sharing documents. There is less risk of losing important documents and drawings. It is a huge benefit to be able to share with outside sources, while restricting what they have access to. Procore also communicates with our purchasing software, making things that much easier.
