Overall Satisfaction with Projectplace

ProjectPlace is being used by multiple departments for projects within each team as well as larger company projects. We also use it for task management. Since Projectplace is cloud based, we can use it across all our branches nation wide. It solves the problem of each team member having to use their own project management systems and then trying to link it with others.
  • Keeps everything in one place
  • Allows team members over multiple locations to keep track of the shared project progress.
  • Allows managers to keep an eye on projects from one place.
  • We have had a few technical glitches which we have just worked around. One example of that is searching for a project and when you click on it it doesn't allow you access until you search again.
  • I feel it is quite costly for what we need but there is no lower level available.
I have used Todoist, Trello and Smartsheet. I prefer Todoist as it is very easy to use, and the same features are available on mobile app, Chrome, desktop app, and also the Outlook side bar is a great feature.
Project place has been great when planning a project where team members are leaving and moving around in the company. It is useful in targeting all of their responsibilities onto cards and then ensuring they are taken care of.
