Current vendor giving you a bad taste, come look a Quick Base!

Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

Our institution is currently using Quick Base for surveys; our audit department uses it to track their audits and instructs the employees to come up with solutions within Quick Base. Some departments utilize Quick Base to track their daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks. It is currently only being utilized within a few departments in our organization. The survey app we created was being utilized by the entire bank however it was a limited amount of time.
  • It tracks comments and details
  • It displays tasks that have been completed or have not been completed
  • It allows for a summary to be imported/exported
  • Limited apps pre-built
  • No custom calculations for equations
  • Reminders do not send emails on the day they are due
I did not select Quick Base. Our organization was already using it, therefore, I did not see any point to go to an alternative vendor.
We only have one department out of three that has built their own application. They enjoy being able to have their own customization right at their finger tips. Although they still come to us for questions or if we are able to do something outside of the norm, they enjoy utilizing it. I would say that the level of difficulty for them might be 6.

It went fairly easy and quick when updating and maintaining an existing application. After figuring out where everything was, it went quick. I did not find any difficulty doing so. There were a few bumps in the road but I was able to pull up the help guide and it was able to solve any issues I had.
