Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
Quickbase is used as our main tool for all our clients' projects and internally for our own processes. Quickbase manages all our project schedules, key-date notifications and also serves as a repository for project documents, photos, etc. The different Quickbase applications we have created and shared with our clients has enabled our organization to collaborate more efficiently and streamline our processes. Our clients are able to log-in and obtain project updates or be notified of upcoming project activities. This automates many of our deliverables and keeps the client happy.
- Quickbase is a collaraboration tool. It allows multiple users to access the application.
- Quickbase is scalable. It can be used for simple repository of documents to large scale project management tool.
- Quickbase has a great support database and a large community of users who are ready to assist.
- Quickbase is adaptable. The various uses can tailor any project and our clients have even signed up to using Quickbase in their own companies.
- Drag and Drop options for photos or attachments. We create multiple attachment fields but very tedious for users to add one attachment at a time.
- Quickbase app for both Android and Iphone users. I have the Quickbase saved in my browser's favorites but a nice quick action to use a phone app displaying all Quickbase applications.
Quickbase has allowed our company to be more efficient in our project management needs. It has also impressed our customers with how easy it can be shared with them. It improves communication and reports can be customized by the user. It definitely allows for better collaboration and aligns our business goals to delivering a successful project.
Personally I have found Quickbase to be very user friendly. Some knowledge and a comfort level in using any application to navigate and explore features is desirable. During my early use of Quickbase (13 years ago) I was hesitant that I could easily transfer a large MS Exel database; however to my surprise it was extremely easy. The ease of creating reports and customizing forms was added bonus in making data much more manageable.

We achieved all the above outcomes and we have extended these benefits to our vendors and clients. Our clients in particular have used our Quickbase application to keep track of project timelines and can easily create custom reports that they can view or extract to an excel file. They can now easily be self-serve and accomplish their own deliverables.
Quickbase is very easy to use and manage data. I can quickly upload and make changes to my data by importing changes made in a spreadsheet. Once the data is uploaded, the custom reports are automatically updated. This is only one example but there are various uses which can streamline existing processes and allow greater focus on a project.
