Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
This is a perfect solution for a small business. It works well to track receivables and payables. It easily saves customer data so billing can be done quickly. With limited accounting knowledge - it keeps the information in orderly fashion so it can be given to the accountant and managed. Processes are streamlined - and while we don't use all of the features, we are able to scale it to our needs.

- As someone who struggles with accounting, it's difficult to understand some of the balancing features.
- Keystrokes are not standard to windows shortcut keystrokes and I have sometimes voided a transaction instead of pasting data.
- We have been able to do 'book work' anywhere.
- Able to spend less time on data entry - more time on business.
We have not compared to any listed - had looked at Peachtree, and simply using Excel spreadsheets. This process used to be done manually with paper cards.
