Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise

We used QuickBooks Desktop until last month when we switched to QuickBooks Online. This move was mainly inspired by the discontinuation of support for the version we were using and the flexibility it provides for accessing financial data from anywhere with an internet connection. The transition has also enabled improved collaboration among remote team members, and we continue to benefit from the core features that make QuickBooks a reliable and comprehensive financial management solution for our organization.

  • Product support could be better
  • Periodic errors out of the blue (refresh solves them)
  • Improved efficiency

We had a business need to move everything to the cloud, so we had to switch to QuickBooks Online. If the situation was different, QuickBooks Dekstop would have been just fine.
Very easy to set up and the training process was ok.
Data analysis was great.
