Overall Satisfaction

Qvidian is used to store our RFP responses. It is mainly used only by me. The main issue is keeping answers updated. I end up putting the same question in with a new version of the answer.
  • Integrates with Word.
  • Searching for answers.
  • Integrating with newer versions of Word and IE.
  • Easier reports
  • No real impact. With only one person using the program it is very labor intensive to keep updated with current responses.
Cost. Minimum users on contract. Only one person uses the program but had to purchase 5 licenses.
How often do they update their software to work with newer versions of Word and IE.
