Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Meetings

It is being used across the organization for internal and external meetings. Helps with collaboration. Since we already use RingCentral for VoIP, Meetings has been an easy transition for our users.
  • Internal communications
  • Collaboration: easy to setup and schedule a meeting. Easy to send out and accept invitations.
  • Can record meetings. We often have conference calls with external vendors/clients that we record to review later.
  • Integration: works well with Outlook and Google mail.
  • Screen share ability is useful if you don't have another program.
  • Participants don't need to have RingCentral accounts to join meetings, just meeting host.
  • Need a RingCentral account/number to host meetings.
  • Scheduling and managing meetings could be better. Users invited vs users accepted/joined.
  • Slow to load at times but reliable.
  • Better collaboration with our remote users.
  • Good for face-to-face (Skype-like) meetings with support, clients, or contractors.
  • Recording presentations from potential contractors.
RingCentral Meetings is a good alternative to these if you have service setup through RingCentral already.
Well suited for: small groups with remote participants. Face to face required. Need to view the room/group. Screen shares.
Not ideal for large conference calls.
