Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use it to manage my personal payroll and benefits and also time keeping for my direct reports. It makes it very easy to approve time off, see paystubs, enter in time and also has a complete employee directory for the company. The ease of use if so much better than the previous program we used.

Pros

  • Ease of approving time.
  • Ease of selecting benefits for Open Enrollment.
  • Easy to view payroll.

Cons

  • More streamlined tabs for selection. It can sometimes feel cumbersome and hard to find what I need.
  • Improved org chart tracking.
  • Ease of use with payroll.
  • Ease of use with benefits.
I have not needed to use support.

It's a great tool to have for our company size.
For a company of our size, Rippling is just ideal for our needs. I also love that it allows us to log into other apps without having to remember several passwords. That to me makes it so much easier to perform the duties of my job in the best interest of my direct reports
