Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use rippling to manage payroll and to have access to a variety of vendors. It streamlines our purchasing by having a variety of different vendors available on rpass. I also like the ease in getting to see the breakdown of my paycheck as well as ease in getting my W2.

  • The organization chart of the company can become a bit confusing
  • Sometimes it is difficult to share passwords on rpass
  • I wish there was another authenticator method

We use 15-5 as a way to evaluate weekly as welly as semi-annual performance. We are able to comment on what projects are being worked on and see objectives that others have in the company. This allows us to collaborate with one another so that we can achieve common goals.

Typically rippling is user friendly. There have been times that have been difficult with sharing some information over rippling. It is easy to update personal information which is especially helpful with moving and updating that information for tax purposes. It is pretty easy to navigate given that there are not too many services that my company utilizes.
As part of the purchasing department using rpass as a google chrome extension is necessary. I feel it is a safe way to house our passwords and allows us to easily share with others in the company. I think it is great for a smaller company but may be less suited for a company that is large.
