Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used as our internal employee benefits site where we manage payroll and benefits

  • Sometimes the navigation is not super easy to follow
  • Unclear, this hasn't been measured
Previous companies used workday and it wasn't very nicely laid out. Hard to find things, looked dated.

Again, addressed in prior comments
Much easier to navigate and use than previous tools such as workday. Things are organized in a logical manner which makes it fairly easy to find things.

One downside - Rippling was impacted by SVB so there was a delay in payroll during that period.
