Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We are a venture backed startup that is scaling quickly, and we needed a solution that simplified payroll, benefits, and our overall human resources function. Rippling has made this very easy for us. Initial setup was easy for myself to do, and I had zero prior experience in this area. Onboarding/hiring new employees has been very easy. Employees at our company love it too as its easy for them to get all of the information they need about pay and benefits. As we continue to grow, we will definitely consider adding the other modules (IT, etc.). I looked into several other options but 100% satisfied with Rippling!

Only reviewed them online. I didn't do any live demos like I did for Rippling.

Very easy to use and I had zero experience setting up payroll and benefits prior.
Startups that are growing fast will find Rippling very valuable. The costs is comparable to a traditional payroll company where the platform likely isn't as intuitive or self-serve.
