Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I have not used any of these features yet.
RUN is being used to manage the payroll for the entire company. It creates ease of use for personnel records, tax records, as well as support to navigate the state's process for enrolling in the correct employer-required areas (i.e unemployment accounts and workers compensation).
- Payroll processing reminders
- Connection to other employer needs like employee benefits and insurance
- The additional product solicitation can be confusing and overwhelming, sending fewer emails.
- I am still new to the RUN system (less than 6 months), but so far so good with the effective management of my employer's needs.
I have not utilized the employee access portal yet.
This was my first choice for payroll management as I was the most familiar with ADP as a trusted source to manage HR solutions for large and small corporations.
