Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
ZipRecruiter is a beneficial add-on; however, it is not the best recruitment tool for many positions.
I use RUN Powered by ADP for all my payroll, including Workers' Compensation insurance and our SIMPLE IRA plan.
- Payroll tax compliance
- Year end reporting
- Onboarding and termination of employees
- More clarity around registration in other states
- Ensuring that we are compliant with payroll and IRS taxes.
The employee self service capability is good for updating confidential information, Eg. banking information. Unfortunately, not all employees take advantage of the self-service capability, so implementation is spotty.
