Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
It's being used by our finance department. We also recently integrated Nexonia with Intacct and it's been great with the native integration. We are able to outsource part of our financial team and Intacct was easy to pick up for their team. It has addressed huge inefficiencies in the past from our previous accounting system.

- Custom reporting is not as intuitive. Must take classes.
- Classes also feel rushed and may not be applicable for an organization.
- Community search portal is very time consuming if you need help.
- We have gone paperless.
- We are able to be proactive in our decision making.
- We are able to find mistakes easily.
We are able to utilize the information quickly and make decisions. We are able to plan our year-end. We are able to close our books within 10 days of the following month. In the past, this would take 35-45 days to close.
We have only used time and expense management, but only the expense part through our native integration with Nexonia. We find this to be the best way to segregate our expense reports.
Sage Intacct is very powerful. At first, it's a bit overwhelming and can not be done in one stage. But it's a system that can grow with the organization.
