Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Currently, Sage Intacct is being used by our entire organization (non-profit). While I am in the Business Support Services department (accounting), all our departments utilize it. We do need to change over to the Non-Profit version in order to better utilize the product.
- User friendly
- Good reporting
- Good training opportunities
- Save updates that wind up making major changes to the beginning of the calendar year...or wait until less impact on high usage times.
- Easy to use

Did implementation of Sage Intacct go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Sage Intacct again?
Yes
Makes for easy access to documentation for our auditor.
We currently do not use/need these types of modules.
I would give this a 3 - Sage Intacct does not make if very easy to correct set up to adhere to our bank requirements; specifically, our bank requires certain spacing on the printed check set up for the positive pay feature. When we contacted Intacct, they informed us that they would have to charge us to modify the set up....
Intacct is more robust than QuickBooks.

COVID-19 Updates & Changes
What is really nice about Intacct is that we can access it from any computer, at any time, from anywhere without the need to log into our network. This aspect made it very easy to work from home when the shelter in place mandates were issued.
