Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It is used as our accounting tool to track our clients. It addresses the ability to manage the cash flow and reporting tools of our clients.

  • Invoice organization.
  • Report import system.
  • Tracking data used.
  • It has little, as the reporting system limits this ability.
Sage Intacct is super intuitive and useful. We just need more in order to fully rely on its capabilities.
The help and tools available are straightforward and useful when you hit a snag.

It has not benefitted from this yet, but we are hoping to implement it appropriately.
I have not tried other products that come close to Sage's capabilities.
Sage Intacct is suited with what we are trying to accomplish currently. However, we want to implement a better flow from Services to invoices. This is where we believe it may need improvement on the flow of data.
