Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
It is being used for multiple departments. Treasury, accounting, and inventory. We use it for entering payables and managing finances. It helps us keep track of all the cash flow for the company.
- It is easy to use and very straightforward. I felt like I didn't need any instruction on how to use it, it came naturally because of the layout and specific features.
- It made it possible for our company to go remote. We are able to attach invoices digitally with Intacct. Thankfully we had switched to Intacct before the pandemic hit, so we able to work from home.
- It is organized, there is a place for everything. It is clean and aesthetically pleasing.
- In entering bills you cannot go back to the previous bill you were working on.
- In entering bills you can't see which bill number you are working on.
- Creates more organized flow to get money out faster.
We have benefited from this because it saves us a lot of time that was previously wasted taking multiple steps to complete things that Intacct is able to automate or make much more simple.
10. It was very easy to learn. I was given instruction by the vendor but honestly I did not pay much attention because by briefly looking at the system I knew it would be self-explanatory.
