Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Intacct is used at our accounting department only, pretty good software to control our financial records, easy to obtain any reports with just one click, easy to use in general compared with other accounting software I have used before. I like the Matrix it creates when I try to open a report inside a report. So good.

- Can create manual entries if needed to reelect accurate balances.
- The Matrix it creates when I open another report, don't lose the main page.
- I wish it worked for mobile phones.
- I wish it had the option where I can figure out the issues without getting any support.
- Company is capable of knowing the satiation on time.
- As part of the work in process it made it easier to track anything.
We have been using other platforms that sync with Sage Intacct, it works fine, but the only issue we have is with syncing, when it comes to sync it's sometimes hard to track and take time to know where is the issue, at the end it being resolved but we could save time and improve this.
We are using more than 16 divisions through one entity, it's really easy to switch the company anytime, amend, add or even delete.
The interco also is not easy to use, but we have been challenging this and it's more easier and smoother than ever.

We were not part of the configuration, but I believe the vendor should support this as it's a very technical part that needs to be configured in the proper way.
