Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

I have been working with Sage Intacct for 18 months and
have attended approximately 60 hours of instructor-led, hands-on
training. I have also watched 15 on-demand videos through the Learning
Center. Both formats have been helpful! Learning new software
takes practice and repetition. These courses were extremely thorough
during the allotted time. I especially appreciated the PDF guides that were
provided for future reference and have referred to them several times when I
couldn’t remember how the instructor completed some of the exercises.

Pros

  • Financial Reporting
  • Vendor management for multiple entities
  • Customer pricing schedules individualized

Cons

  • I'd like the ability to merge records like GL history or vendor / customer data
  • More transparency
I am an implementer and Sage is very helpful if I ever have problems.
