Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct has been exactly what we needed to expand our business capabilities. The ability to track fixed assets, increase automation, and track inventory across locations and warehouses is indispensable. Reporting and budgeting across different departments within the business has greatly improved our decision making. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has outgrown QuickBooks.

Automation is an area where we will continue to focus attention to as a department over the next few months. The fact that Sage Intacct is utilizing more artificial intelligence and automation to save users valuable time and giving them the margin to use their focus and energy on other value-added tasks is going to be an even more amazing benefit for me.
I have not used those features.
I was not involved in the configuration process for my company, but I think it went well by all reports.

Do you think Sage Intacct delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Sage Intacct's feature set?

Yes

Did Sage Intacct live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Sage Intacct go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Sage Intacct again?

Yes

Sage Intacct has much more to offer than QuickBooks. Sage Intacct's budgeting and planning features, in addition to Fixed Assets and Inventory Control are game changers.
Sage Intacct does well with inventory control! We have inventory in over 100 locations that needs to be tracked and valued and any adjustments and transfers that we need to make are very easy to initiate within the Inventory Control module. Reporting on inventory has been very helpful for me to give to other managers in the company to aid their decision making.

Using Sage Intacct

5 - The internal users of Sage Intacct represent Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset Management, and Budgeting functions. We also heavily use the Allocations, Cash Management, and General Ledger applications.
We use a third party business partner for Intacct support.

Sage Intacct gives me (a CPA and managerial accountant) a wealth of information that I can provide to my team. We are still working on implementing and getting full use of Intacct's features even though our company has used Intacct for almost 3 years. They provide plenty of training and webinars to keep me growing in my software-specific skills.

There is a bit of a learning curve. I came from a QuickBooks background and moving from that to a more robust accounting software like Sage Intacct was a bit of an adjustment. It took me a few months to become comfortable with the software and am excited to continue taking advantage of the software's more in-depth functionality.
