Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is a very intuitive accounting software. It is one of the modern accounting ERP systems that exist. The reporting is clear and easy to run and edit. You can drill into different general ledger account details in a quick way. This is a great software to teach the accounting team. Customer service is also great when needed. The learning modules if purchased is also helpful. I recommend this software for any startup or big company.

  • Depreciation module is cumbersome
  • If bill.com and Sage and sync bilaterally on certain features for example if an EFT payment was made and recorded in Sage it will not sync to Bill.com
  • If bank reconciliations can be fed in an easier way
  • Customer support is helpful
  • Great software to teach an accounting team
  • Easy to use
The journal entry uploads, memorized transactions have helps automate the accounting team.
If the reporting can be customizable in an easy way it would help.
The project manager consultant was helpful for our team.

I recommend Sage Intacct for just about any industry out there. Implementing Sage Intacct is not very clunky as they have smooth transition plans.
