Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Sage Intacct for full cycle accounting and reporting and have even started to use the more advanced report features to create custom reports that are unique to Sage Intacct. It helps manage all of our data and organize it into easy to use data storage for future manipulation.

Sage Intacct Automation

We have only begun to implement the AP automation and have not had any experience with AR automation. The AP automation process is extremely easy to implement and begin using. The system continues to learn so that each invoice that is loaded through automation is more and more accurate each time.

We haven't been able to implement any of these advanced capabilities in our organization.

Sage Intacct Configuration

I wasn't involved with implementation, but since then we have began using additional functions that were extremely easy to add and set up. The most difficult part around the implementation was just learning the system and capabilities to know how to set it up for future use to maximize the product.

CDK Drive, CaseWare IDEA, CaseWare Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics GP

Sage Intacct is superior for full-cycle accounting and reporting. It is the most user friendly accounting software I have used and is a powerful tool for accounting and reporting.

Likelihood to Recommend

Sage is very user friendly and makes onboarding new accounting professionals easier and faster. The dimensions features rather than incorporating those into the account strings is something that adds versatility and makes it future proof so that when new business units come on line or there is a need for added reporting we can pivot to pull in additional data without the need to completely rework the GL.
