Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is fairly simple to use. The best feature of the product according to me is the Contracts Module. Which helps with the billings and revenue recognition. It has good security features where you can lock the books and also it has an audit trail which helps you track the changes that are made in the system.

The revenue posted by the contract module is helpful in tracking the overall revenue and its forecast month on month.
We use the contract module. The Billing forecast reports and Revenue forecast reports help us keep a track of revenue and billings each month.
The configuration is majorly done by our implementation team. Hence I do not have complete idea regarding it.

Sage Intacct offers more advanced features like the contracts module.
It is well suited for businesses that are looking to grow and expand. It is also well suited for businesses which provide subscription as a service.
It lacks ease of use when compared to other alternatives like Quickbooks. Also, sometimes the system is very rigid and does not provide enough flexibilty.

I have less idea about it since it was done by another team
I do not use the Dashboard that often
I have not had the chance to use it so far. But I have heard that it works well.
I use it for billings and revenue and it does that job really well.

Revenue tracking with various reports that are available help us plan for future. Also, AR aging report help us collect funds from our customer on timely basis.
We use the contracts module which is very helpful when it comes to revenue recognition
The multi dimensional ledger helps our business to track revenue and expenses using multiple dimensions. It presents financials with different dimensional filters.

COVID-19 Updates & Changes

We have integrated Avalara, Nexonia, Transaction Pro 3. All there integrations are working fine. It saves a lot of time.
Yes, since Intacct completely works online. It is easy to use it at home or at work.

500 - We provide Finance as a service to our clients and we primarily use Sage Intacct for that purpose.
100 - We have a huge team which helps us on regular basis to deal with technical and configuration activities.
