Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft is being used just for the sales team. We create cadences within it, and put prospects through the steps in order to book meetings. It also can track the click rates from our prospects, how many times they've opened emails, as well as if they have clicked on any links that we have sent. It helps us book meetings as an organization.

Pros

  • When you create a sequence, it runs you through the steps in the timeline that you created
  • Can link with Linkedin for a connection touch
  • Shows you how many times your prospects view your emails
  • Can run several cadences at once!

Cons

  • I initially had difficulty integrating with my email, but one call with customer support helped solve this!
  • You must always have updated Chrome, otherwise the optics and data will not show (again, a me problem, not SalesLoft!).
  • I've built a few cadences, and my home screen still advertises for me to "build my first cadence".
  • Overall pipeline growth is definitely something SalesLoft has helped with.
  • Sales rep productivity is super helpful as well. Everyday I get into work I log in to SalesLoft and it tells me what tasks are due for the day!
Yes! I had issues linking my email and SalesLoft as well as with SFDC and LeadIQ. I reached out to our rep from SalesLoft, scheduled a time with her, and my issues were solved during the call. Took less than 30 minutes and it was so efficient and now my work flow is really easy and working so nicely!
It's pretty much a one click integration (at least for us using Sales Force Dot Com -SFDC!). As well as with our gmail. All of it is linked easily and through a few clicks and logins. You can easily do it yourself! Beyond SFDC and gmail, I'm not positive what other email service providers and CRMs SalesLoft integrates with.
  • Outreach
I was actually not part of the selection process. Both tools work nicely, I think I like SalesLoft more (it perfectly links with Linkedin, and when I am going to add someone for a Linkedin connection touch, it lets me do that right on their domain. I never have to leave SalesLoft to send my message- saving so much time!)
It's great for your sales team. I really cannot see it being used by many other teams as it is a sales tool. It's great for prospecting and setting the meeting, beyond that you should keep track of your opportunities. It's great for running you through different touch points such as emails, calls/voicemails, linkedin connections, etc.
