Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
SalesLoft is being used throughout our whole organization. We use it to make calls imported from leads that are from Salesforce. I like the interface and how it is so easy to make a call to a prospect. Also if the number is not the one given or known, you are able to change it.
Pros
- Shows what area each prospect is from
- Shows the stats of what calls is made
- Shows the stats of how many emails are made
- Simple and gets the job done
Cons
- Notification when another user has a success
- Notify me when the caller is online on the other end
- If it is a trash number, it should just be kicked out of the cadence
- Pipeline growth for sure
- Improved sales because you know where you stand with the stats being updated all the time
- Prospecting is made easy
I haven't had a problem where I was needed to reach out. I do get surveys from time to time asking how I like the product and I haven't done any yet. One of these days I am going to take the time and test out every feature on the interface, just so I get a better idea of what I am working with on a daily basis.
Just comes in through our emails. I have not done a deep dive into HubSpot Sales, but if someone requests a trial of our product, it goes through HubSpot. I have used Cloud Softphone in the past, and that doesn't even compare to SalesLoft. The way it integrates with my Outlook 365 calendar and my Salesforce is key to being a successful solution, and it has done just that!
