Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft is used by our sales and marketing team to communicate with and manage opportunities and leads. The sales personnel mainly use the e-mailing and dialing feature to reach out to companies. Our marketing department creates the sales steps and cadences. SalesLoft solves the problem of not reaching enough leads per day and taking too much time to create voicemails and e-mails.
  • The dialing feature is excellent, you can make several calls a day in a very streamlined, automated environment.
  • Task management is very simple and accessible, it is very easy to know what you need to accomplish each day and how to go about it.
  • The analytics built into SalesLoft is very easy to pull up, view, and understand, and helps you stay on-track with all of your goals.
  • No need for improvement.
  • No features that are hard to use.
  • Nothing needs to be done differently.
  • We have seen a more streamlined opportunity development cycle.
  • We are seeing a much more efficient use of time, getting in more calls and e-mails per day.
  • We are spending less time typing out tedious e-mail responses that are now automated.
When we were first issued our licenses for SalesLoft, we received very thorough training - however after the training period, I have not needed to reach out to support; I have had a very smooth and user-friendly experience with SalesLoft.
Integration with our existing CRM is almost flawless - sometimes the importing process can take a little too long, or my visibility or permissions might be out of sync with what I can view in our base CRM program. This would be the only drawback I can think of.
I have used SAP and Salesforce in previous companies to manage my accounts; both are usable but not very efficient or user-friendly. SalesLoft if by far the best product I've used for working in sales development and account management.
SalesLoft is very well-suited for making phone calls to prospects and leads. It is highly automated and efficient, you can make several calls in one day.
