Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite

Currently, we are using SAP Integration Suite as PaaS for a customized Fiori app for mobile devices so our field users can submit their order confirmation.
  • With the Cloud platform, we do not have to worry about the maintenance of the server.
  • The effort put in with the technical team and business for testing each new upgrade related to a product.
  • Feasibility to have our own custom apps.
  • More documentation and steps/blogs on how to perform security configurations.
  • Easy mapping with LDAP users and SAP users.
  • Help our end-user easily move away from old SAP GUI screens and move to mobile devices.
Sure. This is definitely helping IT to help business achieve their vision and goals for the mobile application.
Currently, we are not using it as we are unaware of its capabilities to that level. It should be good if there is a video or documentation to help not only the technical side but help map it to business needs.
We are currently using SAP Integration Suite with our ERP ECC system but the road-map is to move S/4 on HANA so we selected SAP Integration Suite hoping that it will be easier when we move to S4 HANA.
Our field users currently have to have paper documentation and then visit the nearest office to input work order data. With SAP Integration Suite integration in the mobile app, it helps them to perform the tasks in the app, saving time.
