Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud
Use SFDC everyday for all accounts and sales information. We have to log everything in the platform for it to be "real" and accurate. If it is not in SFDC, it doesn't exisist. There is no greater sales tool than SFDC and it is used to log and account for all types of clients/accounts globally.

SAP Sales Cloud does give further visibility into each customer, simplify complex sales use cases, and increase sales velocity. It allows everyone to be on the same page about where a deal is, where it might be lagging so that managers/leadership can help and jump in, and what else we need to do to close the deal.
