Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

I have used SAP CRM in order to manage my database of clients and customers. It is an efficient way to see, on a daily basis, what the key tasks and activities I need to focus on in order to hit my KPIs and generate a pipeline. It is also an effective way for me to track my ongoing opportunities and see where I should lean in and focus my time to maximize performance. The business problem that it solves is that it allows me to focus on sales and on activities that will drive toward sales.
  • Track Prospects.
  • Track Pipeline.
  • Clean UI.
  • Mobile
  • Slow to process.
  • Faster Pipeline Generation.
  • Faster Close Rate.
  • Improved Win Back Rate.
I am an end user, so do not have the perfect perspective on this area. With that being said, by pulling in data from our operational standpoint, we can get a full viewpoint of the customer.
I found the tool to be extremely scalable as we started using it for a small sub-select of our Salesforce and since then we have expanded this to our entire sales org. We are still in rapid growth mode and all new users quickly adopt the tool.
The main product I have used in comparison is Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Ultimately, we selected SAP Sales Cloud because it fits within our existing tech stack, and we thought it would be easier to implement and ultimately scale across the organization during our rapid growth phase. Our prediction has proven right thus far.

Do you think SAP Sales Cloud delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with SAP Sales Cloud's feature set?

Yes

Did SAP Sales Cloud live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of SAP Sales Cloud go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy SAP Sales Cloud again?

Yes

I think SAP CRM would be suitable for any situation in which you need an effective system for tracking clients and customers. My recommendation would be if you have a Salesforce of at least 50 people and are at least 50+ in revenue, then it would be worthwhile to consider leveraging SAP. At a smaller company, there are likely more cost-effective options.
