Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

A way to centralize performance management and create a workflow. We used SAP SuccessFactors to use this offline, and it was difficult to use.

It was very easy to integrate SAP SuccessFactors.
It is nice to know we don't need to be responsible for controls on SAP SuccessFactors.
SAP SuccessFactors has a much better interface and is cloud-enabled.
