Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use SAP SuccessFactors's Talent Management suite- which encompasses all aspects of talent management for my organization. This ranges from learning and development, onboarding, performance and goal management, development and mentoring, and succession. It is the central point that all users are directed to for various self-service activities, such as searching the learning module for training opportunities and new skill development, to leaders having the space to provide performance feedback.

I can’t say I have a ton of experience on this question. My organization is not global. It is definitely built for a seamless experience. The customization ability is there for those who need it, and their product teams are always available to provide best practice approaches and recommendations.
