Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors's Talent Management suite- which encompasses all aspects of talent management for my organization. This ranges from learning and development, onboarding, performance and goal management, development and mentoring, and succession. It is the central point that all users are directed to for various self-service activities, such as searching the learning module for training opportunities and new skill development, to leaders having the space to provide performance feedback.

It integrates well with SAP solutions. There are not as many out-of-the-box integrations with third-party applications, but they can be done with a partner. Some of the integrations available are wonderful, but third-party integrations can be tricky and limited in functionality. Be sure to prioritize your business needs versus integrating to be integrating.
I can’t say I have a ton of experience on this question. My organization is not global. It is definitely built for a seamless experience. The customization ability is there for those who need it, and their product teams are always available to provide best practice approaches and recommendations.

It’s a very well rounded solution with lots of ability to customize to fit the needs of your organization. You do have to be careful- too much customization makes it more labor intensive to administrate. It’s very well suited for companies that have rigid training requirements for their industry because of all the automation available in learning.
