Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
SAP SuccessFactors is used as our system of record for employee, compensation, performance, and recruiting. It is our one-stop shop for all data for our workforce.
- Setting up templates are easy for the various modules.
- KBAs are helpful.
- KBAs - in general are good. However, sometimes, I find one that I think answers a question but find that it has been removed. It'd be helpful to keep the old ones and direct to updated ones. Often I am left without answers.
- Automation
Compliance is important and when we have issues with e-verify, it impacts my confidence in the product.
