SAP SuccessFactors is used for our state government's HR system. We have the EC Core module implemented.

  • EC Time lacks FMLA functionality
  • Employees like the new system
  • HR managers like the system
  • Our security administration is easier
Standard integration exists between EC and ECC.
Our organization does not need global compliance standards.
SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment provides more integration with other SF modules.
