Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

For me, I use it to manage employee time-off and complete training courses created by my coworkers.
  • A large variety of features
  • User-Friendly Interface
  • Clear Dashboard
  • The ability to change the date format
  • It gets pretty slow some times
  • Allow for an "Expand All" feature under organization chart
  • Increased Training through the Learning Management System
  • Less Paperwork is needed for processes
  • Processes are more efficient
I have not had the opportunity to use the other products so far.
While there were issues, I believe that they were able to be overcome with some work over time which allowed it to work out eventually.
I have not used any similar products so far.

The specific scenario based on my experience where SAP SuccessFactors is well suited is when I am trying to better understand the organization structure and need to look at the organization chart.

The specific scenario based on my experience where SAP SuccessFactors is less appropriate is when I try to retrieve all the supporting attachments the employees submitted but can't seem to find a direct way to do it.
