Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SuccessFactors mainly to manage employee records, which has given us a complete view of what the company looks like, which was difficult before after a series of acquisitions and the fact that we had different ways of tracking these records. We've been able to use SuccessFactors to manage our budget and to plan our headcount in a consistent way.

Most of the integrations need help from external partners for their implementation making it time consuming and expensive.
I joined after the implementation had already happened.
These are different solutions for different types of company. SuccessFactors is an enterprise solution, while Hibob is a product more fitting for a startup or a scale up

Yes

SAP SuccessFactors is a great solution for a company with enough resources (people, time, knowledge and financial) and it requires a certain level of maturity in terms of processes for an implementation to be successful.

A startup, on the other hand, would struggle implementing SuccessFactors as it's not quick and it requires careful planning.
