Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors is helping us integrate all employee management tools in one. It helps us integrate learning for the employees, tracking and approving leave application and also track employee development discussions in one place. As a manager it helps me track data for all the employees in just one place and further helps me in planning.

It is easy to integrate it with other software such as SAP for payroll management, Happay for expense tracking and the POS (point of sale), but the only issue being the transfer of data is not quick and promote but it takes time to reflect on either platform which might create an issue in quick generation of reports.
Implementation is fairly easy, since it is available on both websites and App, UI and UX on both the places is really good which makes it really easy for user to understand. At times finding some options within the platform becomes a bit tacky and is hard to find apart from that everything is good.
SAP SuccessFactors is fairly easy to use and integration is fairly easy.

SAP SuccessFactors is best suited for all the employee management activities, like leave approval, employee transfer initiation and employee learning module. But it is less appropriate to showcase employee directory with unnecessary information, and following up on PDP (partner development plan) discussions. But having it all in one place is convenient.
