Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic
It is being used as a tool for monitoring and diagnosing issues. We use it to determine pre-emptive alarms as well as proactive solutions to various telephony issues.
- Detail to alerting and alarms.
- Scalability of usage.
- Ease of use of the product.
- Better support for a resolution.
- Better Awareness of issues arising.
- Better awareness of planning for long term solutions.
Visibility of applications/devices allows us to have faster awareness of issues to help minimize issues overall.
This is not applicable to my current environment.
We are still working through this as a department but realize there are benefits to workflows as a whole when utilizing this product.
- Determining security certificates is probably the single biggest influence this tool provided to us.

SolarWinds was another product that was considered but did not provide the details to what was needed.
