Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic SL1

It's easy to enroll any new device in ScienceLogic. Also, we can do bulk enrollment in ScienceLogic. This helps the users a lot.
We do monitor the IT infrastructure resources (Server, Network devices, end points etc.) of different organizations using this monitoring tool. We used it for monitor different performance and configuration details of through this tool.

  • Monitor performance of the system resources.
  • Integration with different ticketing tools.
  • Can create business dashboards
  • They should have Powerpack for all different technolgies.
  • The support system should be more robust.
  • If there is any issue with powerpack they should release new version of Powerpack ASAP.

BMC Helix ITSM (Remedy), Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Teams
To monitor Small, medium and large IT infrastructure ScienceLogic is well suited.
If in your environment certain technologies are there where no Powerpack is available, then it'll be less appropriate to use ScienceLogic as to develop such Powerpack might take some time.
