Overall Satisfaction with Scratchpad
I use Scratchpad as an easier way to navigate and streamline my outreach. I use it because Salesforce itself is not the greatest tool and Scratchpad helps move more opportunities through the pipeline for me to set up my AEs.
- Adds better data to the CRM.
- Helps organize leads and Calendar.
- Helps speed up the sales process with more efficient ways of doing things over Salesforce.
- Initial set up was intimidating.
- Adding the extension was pretty easy but could have been easier.
- I wish my rep followed up with me a few more times.
- The time to set up I guess but honestly, it has helped and made up for the lost time already.
