Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We use screenconnect at our support desk to support users' hosted phones. Our support desk techs use it on a daily basis to remotely control end user computers. We also use it to do webinar training to our end users.

We have used TeamViewer, and joinme, but both have limitations unless you want to pay for the enhanced versions. Screenconnect give us the most bang for our buck.
