Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

We use screenconnect at our support desk to support users' hosted phones. Our support desk techs use it on a daily basis to remotely control end user computers. We also use it to do webinar training to our end users.
  • Installs on remote machines quickly and easily.
  • Allows you to control users' desktop with ease even if they have multiple screens.
  • Works great in a webinar scenario as well to present information to several people at a time.
  • Cant think or any. We purchased the product for remote desktop support and it works well in that area.
  • Able to remotely help customers with issues so as not to roll a truck to a customer site
  • Able to resolve issues sooner
  • Increased technician efficiency
We have used TeamViewer, and joinme, but both have limitations unless you want to pay for the enhanced versions. Screenconnect give us the most bang for our buck.
  • Not best for large presentations to a large number of people.
  • But works well for one on one remote control of a remote machine.
