Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I brought on SeekOut to remove the recruiting teams' sole reliance on Linkedin. I strongly feel that Linkedin Recruiter has been steadily been losing its impact as more and more spam messages are sent through the platform. SeekOut enables users to find cellphone numbers, emails, personal wites, and other social media sites with the click of a button. The platform also helps manage drip campaigns, tracks response data, and makes recommendations on who to reach out to, what content to include in the messaging, and even when will be the best time to send the message.

SeekOut does a better job when it comes to the robust offering paired with ease of use. It is also much more affordable than the "market leaders" tend to be with, in my experience, better results and less time invested. The AI features, including profile replication tools, are a HUGE help when looking for specific skillsets.

I think this is a great tool for any talent acquisition team that is looking for specific skillsets. If you solely rely on postings then this is not the right product for you but if you are out there looking for passive talent, there is no better product that can help you identify and engage the appropriate candidates quickly and efficiently.
