We search for Telephony talent worldwide on SeekOut. It helps us find and contact top talent directly by supplying email and phone information on candidates.
Pros

- Finding contact info on candidates so you can reach out directly to them.
- Lots of great filter options to dial in searches.
Cons
- The contact info is not always available or accurate.
- Make it easier to eliminate specific companies employees from your searches.
- Providing contact info.
- Helping find niche talent that we search for.
- Great filter options to dial in searches.
- This can be an alternative to Linked In Recruiter which can save you up to $8,000 a year per Recruiter license.
- To be able to separate your messaging from typical Linked In users is an excellent feature. We get strong response rates using personal email addresses and phone numbers provided by SeekOut.
