Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I use SeekOut to search and find diverse candidates. Create campaigns and message prospects on career opportunities that fit their career profile with the intent of progressing to the interview stages with the hiring manager to offer stages. The issue I run into is that I believe the messaging platform SeekOut uses could be more user-friendly. Something that is more tech-friendly, like a message by phone.

With the constant peer training, I have not needed to use this feature.

Indeed is great for all roles, but I enjoy the text messages availability to prospects.
