Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

Sendoso is currently being used in many capacities. We have our marketing team using it for large programs and events, our sales team using it for entry points and for deal velocity, our customer success team using it for renewals and life moments, and our customer advocacy team using it for rewards and surveys. As you can see, it solves many business issues--from breaking through the noise to get an initial meeting with a key account to retaining that customer after we partner with them.
  • Sendoso Direct--allows you to not deal with the sunk cost of inventory and try new things very quickly.
  • Integrations--Sendoso has made it easy to integrate with our current martech stack
  • Roadmap--constantly evolving to counter competition and marketing trends
  • Speed--the platform can be a bit slow at times
  • Training--once you have a large sales team using the tool, you become a part-time trainer most of the time; they have Sendoso University, but I find that sales does not want to dive into it
  • ROI has been great--we're seeing a ton of new pipeline coming from the campaigns that involve Sendoso
Compared to PFL Tactile Marketing Automation, Sendoso is a breath of fresh air. It took months to get a campaign started in PFL Tactile Marketing Automation and a day with Sendoso if you leverage their Sendoso Direct network. You can ideate and execute on your own; whereas with PFL, we were reliant on our CSM.
