Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
Sendoso is being used by the marketing and sales departments. It allows account managers to easily send clients/prospects "thank you's" promotional items and well-branded giveaways.
- Packaging.
- Options for how to send to prospect/clients.
- Tracking of items sent.
- Shipment times.
- Links that are generated should not just be a URL but instead should say "gift card" for example.
- Many net new meetings (25) have come after offering a gift card for lunch and then using Sendoso to send the gift card as an appreciation for the meeting.
