Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We are using SharpSpring for many things including lead nurturing, tracking, and as a CRM. The lead nurturing has been major because it has saved our sales team time and effort. It has also been great for tracking campaigns.
- Lead Scoring - this helps us tell which leads are more qualified or urgent than others
- Work flows and action groups - help us mostly with lead nurturing. By creating workflows and action groups, we are able to send and respond to people who want to hear from us in real time, automatically.
- Forms - we use SharSpring's forms because it is a great trigger for our work flows.
- Some of the features are challenging to use, even with the training
- The time aspect that it has saved our sales team with lead nurturing has been very beneficial
- We hope that it will one day replace OnePage CRM entirely
- This also eliminates our need for softwares like Mailchimp
- OnePageCRM and Mailchimp
SharpSpring combines the features of most of the software we currently use.
