Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use it for marketing automation, visitor identification, and tracking. It is used across the whole organization and helps us manage leads and contacts.
  • It is excellent for tracking visitors.
  • It is great for managing leads.
  • It is great for creating email templates and automated campaigns.
  • The contact management system could be improved. There needs to be more information provided at a high-level view.
  • A system to track leads from lead creation to sale needs to be developed and implemented as a standard process.
  • SharpSpring saves us a lot of time when it comes to marketing and sales.
SharpSpring comes at a better price than Salesforce, and I am hopeful that they will be head to head competitors in due time.
SharpSpring is great for email marketing and lead tracking. It is not so great for tracking the life of a lead transforming into a sale.
