We use SharpSpring across our whole organization helping with marketing initiatives as well as sales management. Regarding my focus in marketing, SS has helped streamline our efforts using a central platform for simple management. As our team has grown, we have been able to use more of SS features for a more comprehensive marketing approach, such as campaign execution and analytics. Since SS provides a full suite of features from the beginning, it makes it easy for the platform to grow with your company.
- Amazing and responsive support team that is happy to answer your questions.
- Constantly working to improve their platform, demonstrated by their recent navigation update.
- Extremely helpful online guides that make troubleshooting questions or problems straightforward.
- Great media tracking tool for analyzing the effectiveness of different marketing platforms.
- It would be helpful to have sub-folders for organizing content (e.g. emails).
- Making it easier to locate the custom field creation option- Currently seems to be located in a non-logical location.
- Improved email marketing efforts, from a design and quality perspective.
- Implemented effective workflow that automate website activity notifications so the sales team is able to quickly respond.
- A goal ROI is to fully capture the features for implementing and tracking campaigns, so this an ROI that we will be using that SS will provide.
SharpSpring is significantly more robust for the onboarding option which is helpful for companies want to use and are familiar with CRM/automation systems. You are able to implement strategies on a more diverse and high-level scale that otherwise you are limited to when using platforms that require you to upgrade before using a specific tool or process. SS makes sure you have all the tools upfront.
