Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is used in the company mostly to gather leads and send newsletter and specific emails to leads and opportunities. We are looking forward to creating workflows with plenty of content once we have all the content we need. We are looking to have a more visibility into our leads and clients.

The price/quality relationship is really good! It has a lot of features that are charged separately or are more expensive in other platforms and the prices are easier to predict than other ones, where multiple variables can change the price and make it really hard to predict how much you'll be paying over time. There are some issues that should be better resolved, like workflows which can't be done or should be easier to create, platform speed, and some feature requests that are never resolved that could make the platform a lot better.

SharpSpring is a great tool because it centers a lot of marketing and sales activities into one platform that allows you to have the information linked together and easily accessible. That being said, it does have some issues that are slightly frustrating (as all MA systems tend to have) that would help boost the tool and unfortunately don't get addressed, like improving sections and assets that a lot of users have issues with. Overall, think it provides a good price/quality service.
